GEA Group in the United States seeks an Order Management Specialist to support the external sales team in Canada by entering and maintaining sales orders and communicating order status to customers. You will ensure accurate SAP-PEM data, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, generate reports, and support invoicing and project milestones in a growing global engineering leader.

Competenze

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required.
Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office (Access and Excel), and MRP systems.
Strong attention to detail, organization and time management.
Ability to read and understand commercial terms in contracts and purchase orders.

Mansioni

Create and manage the entire sales order process in SAP-PEM.
Prepare and issue customer invoices and monitor the project backlog.
Coordinate with suppliers, external factories, and internal teams for timely delivery and clear communications.
Maintain accurate customer and account data and generate reports as requested.
