Responsibilities

• Process, track, and manage customer orders from entry to shipment using SAP S/4HANA, ensuring precise contract verification, price tracking, order scheduling, and RMA processing.
• Respond promptly and accurately to incoming customer phone calls, providing timely updates on product availability, lead times, and order statuses.
• Maintain data integrity across SAP S/4HANA and CRM (Salesforce) systems through ongoing data entry, record updates, and system clean-up tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customer support leadership to streamline order fulfillment workflows.

In this role, you will serve as a core contributor to the customer support team, focusing on high-volume order management, system data entry, and seamless communication with clients regarding their orders.

This is a focused customer service role centered on order execution, accuracy, and database maintenance within a fast-paced industrial environment. No sales responsibilities or heavy face-to-face customer interaction required.

salary: $26 - $27 per hour

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
