Job summary

Amorim Cork Composites Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Management Representative to join the Sales Support & Operations team. You will review and process customer purchase orders, ensure accuracy, and coordinate the order process from entry through shipment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on SAP experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with customer and cross-functional teams to meet delivery requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using SAP in a customer service/order management environment.
• Experience reviewing orders for accuracy, pricing, and delivery requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer purchase orders for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections with customers.
• Enter, update, and maintain orders in SAP.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Purchasing, Finance, Quality, and other teams.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers.
• Support continuous improvement in order-processing efficiency and accuracy.
