Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Londonderry, NH is seeking an Order Management Specialist to manage the complete order-to-cash process in SAP, entering and updating sales orders, handling changes, cancellations, returns and special requests.

You will monitor open orders, delivery schedules, and backorders, resolving exceptions and communicating status to internal stakeholders while collaborating with Sales, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Logistics, and AR to ensure timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in order management, customer service, logistics, supply chain, or order fulfillment.
• Experience with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA in an order management or customer service environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, including order entry, delivery processing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders throughout the complete order-to-cash process using SAP.
• Accurately enter, maintain, and update sales orders, including changes, cancellations, returns, and special requests.
• Monitor open orders, backorders, blocked orders, and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Identify and resolve order exceptions, shipment delays, and fulfillment issues through proactive problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure seamless order execution.
• Communicate order status, delivery commitments, and issue resolution plans to internal stakeholders.
• Utilize SAP reporting tools to track fulfillment performance, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain accurate documentation.
