Job summary

The Arkema Group is seeking a Customer Service professional to own the Sales Order Management process, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue support within a four-person team. You will interface with plants, logistics, credit, accounts receivable, and other Arkema departments to drive accurate orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant customer service experience.
• 3 to 5 years experience with Bachelor's degree or 6+ years without Bachelor's.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Customer Order processing in an enterprise system; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage order processing for key customers with SAP master data accuracy.
• Resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction with timely communication.
• Support pricing, availability and scheduling information with product options.
• Proactively monitor orders in SAP for on-time shipping and address gaps in quote-to-cash.
