Job summary

Aerofoam USA in Abbeville, SC is seeking a Customer Service & Order Management Representative to act as the primary point of contact for customers and manage the full order lifecycle from receipt to shipment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Production, Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, and Finance to ensure accurate order entry in SAP, on-time delivery, and proactive communication, while maintaining detailed records and seeking continuous improvement in order cycle times.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service, order management, or inside sales experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, product availability, pricing, lead times, and shipments.
• Accurately process customer purchase orders within SAP.
• Partner with Production, Planning, Warehousing, and Logistics to ensure orders are produced, picked, and shipped on schedule.
• Proactively identify potential delays and communicate solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate daily with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, and Finance to resolve order issues.
