Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of relevant customer service experience.
• Understanding of SAP/ERP Master Data and the order process.
• Experience with complex orders including vendor-managed inventory or consignment.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders for key customers, including complex supply chain models.
• Resolve issues and manage the complaint process with customers.
• Support training and maintain ISO training records.
• Identify process improvements and support sales and distribution.
