Job summary

Cutera-Inc in Raleigh, NC seeks an Operations Specialist to support daily order processing, inventory control, shipping, and logistics. You will process SAP transactions, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

You will prepare shipping documents, monitor order statuses, investigate discrepancies, and uphold SOPs and internal controls while identifying opportunities to improve data accuracy and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, inventory control, or related functions.
• Hands-on SAP experience required, with proficiency in processing daily transactions and navigating ERP workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage daily operational transactions in SAP, including orders, inventory movements, shipments, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry, updates, and reconciliation of transactions within SAP.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other departments to support order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory activities.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, operational reports, and inventory records.
• Monitor order and shipment statuses, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate timely resolution of operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, data accuracy, and process efficiency.
