Job summary

Cutera, Inc. seeks a Global Inventory Supervisor to oversee inventory accuracy and movements across global warehouses, manufacturing sites, and 3PLs. You will manage SAP inventory transactions, optimize internal controls, and drive continuous improvements in traceability and financial integrity.

The role partners with Finance, IT, and operations to monitor KPIs, coordinate cycle counts, and support month-end close. Extensive SAP experience and leadership in a global environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Experience managing inventory across multiple facilities or 3PL environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP inventory management and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of cycle counting and physical inventories.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, IT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global inventory activities across warehouses, plants, distribution centers, and 3PLs.
• Coordinate SAP inventory movements and reconciliations.
• Maintain internal controls and accuracy KPIs for inventory.
• Lead cycle counts and physical inventories to identify discrepancies.
• Develop inventory reports and metrics to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Quality, and IT.
• Support month-end close and audits with inventory records.
