Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• 5+ years in inventory management, warehouse ops, or related field
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role
• Experience with SAP inventory management and reconciliation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Supervise global inventory activities across multiple sites and 3PLs
• Coordinate and monitor inventory movements between plants and warehouses
• Review and execute SAP inventory movements (goods receipts/issues, stock transfers, adjustments)
• Ensure SAP transactions adhere to procedures and controls
• Monitor inventory balances and transactions for discrepancies
• Investigate discrepancies via cycle counts and reconciliations
• Develop and maintain inventory control processes and KPIs
• Provide training on inventory procedures and SAP transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive improvements
• Support month-end/year-end close and audit requests
• Coordinate with 3PLs and global warehouses on procedures and service levels
• Maintain documentation and audit trails
