Job summary

Cutera-Inc in Raleigh, NC seeks a Global Inventory Supervisor to oversee inventory accuracy, material movements, and reconciliation across warehouses, manufacturing sites, and 3PLs. You will ensure SAP transactions are processed correctly and drive continuous process improvement.

In this global role, you will partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Quality, Customer Service, and IT to maintain controls, run cycle counts, and prepare KPI reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in inventory management, warehouse operations, or related field.
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Hands-on SAP inventory management experience including transactions and reconciliation.
• Experience with SAP WM/EWM and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-collection skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and inventory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global inventory activities across multiple locations and 3PLs.
• Coordinate and monitor inventory movements between plants, warehouses, and centers.
• Review SAP inventory transactions: goods receipts/issues, stock transfers, adjustments, returns.
• Ensure accuracy of SAP postings and adherence to controls.
• Identify discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and drive improvements.
• Lead cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations across locations.
• Develop KPIs and reporting to track trends and performance.
• Support month-end/year-end inventory close and audits.
