EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead workstreams, engage with clients daily, and drive governance, data quality, and migration initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and SAP expertise. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define data strategy across SAP and non-SAP landscapes, leveraging tools like Data Services and MDG, and you will manage cross-functional teams in a hybrid

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• 4–6+ years of hands-on SAP data transformation experience, including SAP MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance initiatives.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines including Data Migration, MDG, Governance, Data Quality, Data Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations (ECC to S/4HANA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client-facing presentations, and workshop facilitation.
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams or projects with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
