Job summary

EY is seeking a Data Management & Strategy Manager to help clients govern and transform SAP data for scalable operations. You’ll lead workstreams, collaborate with clients daily, and identify opportunities for expanded services while guiding engagement economics.

You will manage teams across SAP and non-SAP landscapes, focus on data quality, governance, and migrations, and build scalable data solutions for complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• 4–6+ years of hands-on SAP data transformation experience with MDG, Data Migration or Data Governance.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines including Data Migration, MDG, Data Governance, Data Quality and Analytics.
• Strong understanding of the SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client-facing presentations and documentation.
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop data solutions and governance policies for immediate work areas.
• Exercise judgment in method selection and evaluation criteria.
• Manage project status, deliverables and risk with effective communication.
