Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, govern data initiatives across SAP and non-SAP landscapes, and drive data quality and governance programs.

You will engage with clients daily, shaping governance, data migration, and MDG programs that align with business objectives, and you’ll guide teams to deliver scalable data solutions with effective risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• 4–6+ years hands-on SAP data transformation experience, incl. MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance initiatives.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines: data migration, MDG, governance, quality, analytics.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations (ECC to S/4HANA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing presentations and workshops.
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure on-time, high-quality project results.
• Engage with clients daily, identify opportunities for additional services, manage engagement economics.
• Provide direction to the team and foster collaboration for innovative solutions.
• Develop data solutions and governance frameworks across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.
