Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to govern data assets and drive MDG, data migration and governance initiatives across SAP landscapes. You will lead delivery, engage clients daily, and shape strategy while guiding cross‑functional teams through complex transformations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions, maintain governance standards, and manage risk, while traveling up to 40–60% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6+ years SAP data transformation experience (MDG, Data Migration).
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines and ECC/S/4HANA migrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client-facing

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure on-time, quality results.
• Engage with clients daily and identify upsell opportunities.
• Provide direction to teams and manage engagement economics.
• Define data governance frameworks across SAP landscapes.
