Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You’ll lead workstreams, engage with clients daily, and drive data governance, quality, and migration efforts across SAP landscapes.

The role requires SAP MDG and data management experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year) required with strong data management foundations.
• 4–6+ years hands-on SAP data transformation experience, MDG, data governance.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines and data migration topics.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations.
• Excellent client-facing communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams delivering SAP data governance and migration projects.
• Engage daily with clients, identify opportunities, and manage engagement economics.
• Provide team direction and foster collaborative, innovative solutions.
