Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to lead data transformation programs for clients, focusing on governance, quality, and scalable MDG and migration initiatives.

You will manage cross‑functional teams, engage daily with clients, drive engagement economics, and deliver on time with high quality, while advancing EY's data strategy across SAP and non‑SAP landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year)
• 4–6+ years SAP data transformation experience
• Experience in SAP MDG, Data Migration or Data Governance
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client-facing
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams and cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel 40–60%

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery to meet quality and schedule targets
• Engage with clients daily and identify opportunities for additional services
• Provide direction to team and foster collaborative environment
• Develop data solutions and governance policies across SAP and non-SAP landscapes
• Manage project status, deliverables, and risk management
