Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP Manufacturing consultant to join our Technical Consulting team, focusing on SAP PP/S4HANA in the Core Supply Chain. You will lead workstreams, design workshops, and collaborate with clients to implement tailored SAP solutions.

This role requires 4–6 years in manufacturing, 3+ years SAP ERP/S4HANA PP, strong leadership, and travel up to 60%. EY offers base salary range of $142,600 to $261,500 USD, with comprehensive benefits and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
Minimum 3 years SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA experience, PP module.
Proven track record delivering projects on critical deadlines.
Experience leading SAP projects or workstreams in manufacturing.
Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing.

Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
Track deliverable completion and project status.
Lead client sessions, planning through execution and closure.
Design workshops in manufacturing and implement S/4HANA best practices.
Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams to meet schedules.
Provide exceptional client service by tracking milestones and managing risks.
Cultivate relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
