Hours:Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 3:00pm
Pay: up to $35.00/HR
Duties:
- Process orders, transactions, and operational activities within the SAP system.
- Support daily SAP functions across manufacturing, operations, production planning, inventory, supply chain, and customer service departments.
- Create, release, update, and maintain SAP production orders to support production schedules and workflow.
- Monitor SAP transactions to ensure data accuracy and timely processing.
- Act as a key resource for SAP-related questions, troubleshooting, and process support.
- Partner with production, planning, engineering, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure efficient system utilization.
- Maintain accurate production, inventory, and operational records within SAP.
- Assist with process improvements and the implementation of SAP best practices.
- Train and support end users on SAP processes and procedures as needed.
- Generate reports and analyze data to support operational and production decision-making.
- Help ensure compliance with company standards, operational procedures, and data integrity requirements.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or mechanical shop environment, such as a paper mill, fabrication shop, or similar industrial setting.
- Experience in leadership roles such as Engineer, Supervisor, Leadperson, or other operational support positions preferred.
- Hands-on experience using SAP in a manufacturing, operations, production planning, supply chain, inventory, or customer service environment.
- Experience creating, maintaining, and releasing production orders within SAP.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations, production planning, inventory management, or supply chain activities.
- Previous experience serving as an SAP Key User, SAP Coordinator, SAP Power User, or similar role preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, production processes, and operational systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
