Job summary

Express Employment Professionals, Appleton WI is seeking candidates for a manufacturing/industrial role. The position offers hourly pay from $26.00 to $31.00, with 5:00am–3:00pm shifts Monday through Thursday, in a facility that supports production operations.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, material handling, operating sandblasting equipment, light maintenance, and accurate paperwork. Candidates should be able to lift and perform physically demanding tasks while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or labor‑intensive environment.
• Prior experience with forklifts, overhead cranes, or other material‑handling equipment.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning, sandblasting, or parts‑washing processes.
• General mechanical aptitude or hands‑on experience in a production environment.
• Basic computer and data‑entry skills for logging work and completing documentation.
• Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks, including lifting, walking, climbing, pushing, twisting, and stooping for extended periods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
