Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery for utility transformations. You will own the FI-CA workstream, align receivables and payments with policies, and ensure integration with the broader SAP IS-U solution, leading functional teams and coordinating with Finance, Revenue Operations, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U/Utilities experience with 3+ years leading a workstream.
• Proven experience owning FI-CA design and delivery through implementation.
• Experience governing cross-functional integrations across SAP IS-U components.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream end-to-end from requirements through go-live.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, and collections.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses and design reviews.
• Drive integration across SAP IS-U Billing, Customer Service, and FI/CO.
• Establish FI-CA financial controls and posting/reconciliation processes.
• Manage cross-workstream dependencies and stakeholder decisions.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, and cutover activities.
• Provide leadership to FI-CA consultants and ensure operational readiness.
