Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of FI-CA solutions within the SAP IS-U ecosystem. You will own the FI-CA workstream, align with business policies, and ensure integration across finance and utility processes.

Responsibilities include leading functional designs for receivables, payments, and controls, guiding workshops, and driving testing, cutover, and go-live readiness while collaborating with Finance, Revenue Operations, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years SAP IS-U/FI-CA experience with 3+ years leading a workstream.
• Proven design and delivery experience across FI-CA functions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional integrations and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream from requirements to deployment and stabilization.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, collections, dunning, and controls.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, design workshops, and design governance.
• Drive integration and reconciliation design across SAP IS-U Billing, Customer Service, banks, tax solutions, and FI/CO GL.
• Lead end-to-end testing and defect resolution for FI-CA processing.
• Coach FI-CA functional consultants and manage cross-workstream dependencies.
• Oversee cutover and post-go-live transition activities.
