Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to own the FI-CA workstream, drive end-to-end design, and ensure alignment with business policies and accounting requirements. You will lead functional teams, collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Care, and technical partners to deliver controllable, auditable FI-CA solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of SAP IS-U FI-CA and related utility financial processes.
• Experience leading FI-CA solution design and delivery through full lifecycle.
• Experience leading Finance and cross-functional workshops and design governance.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable FI-CA designs.
• Experience governing cross-functional integrations and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Own the FI-CA workstream scope, requirements, design decisions, and deployment.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, collections, dunning, refunds, deposits, and controls.
• Lead workshops and design reviews translating business requirements into FI-CA solutions.
• Drive integration with IS-U Billing, Customer Service, Retail Choice, banks and tax solutions.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, and cutover readiness across FI-CA processing.
