EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead the end-to-end FI-CA solution design and delivery for utilities clients. You will own the FI-CA workstream, align receivables and payment operations with business policies, and drive integration across SAP IS-U and related systems.

You will lead functional teams, coordinate with Finance, Revenue Operations, Customer Care, and vendors, and ensure solution quality, testing readiness, and operational stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or Utilities experience with FI-CA focus.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U FI-CA design and delivery through deployment.
• Experience leading workshops, requirements gathering, and design governance.
• Ability to manage cross-functional integrations and reconciliations.

Responsabilités

• Own the SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream from requirements to deployment and stabilization.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, and dunning.
• Lead workshops and translate requirements into FI-CA designs.
• Ensure FI-CA integration with billing, customer service, banking, and GL.
• Govern financial controls, posting, and reconciliation processes.
• Drive end-to-end testing, defect resolution, and cutover readiness.
• Coach FI-CA functional consultants and manage dependencies.
• Provide leadership in program governance and stakeholder alignment.
