Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery in a consulting environment. You will own the FI-CA workstream, align receivables and payments with business policies, and ensure integration with the broader SAP IS-U solution.

Collaboration with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Care is essential to drive solution quality and operational readiness. You will lead functional consultants, manage dependencies across workstreams, and govern

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with FI-CA focus.
Proven experience owning SAP IS-U FI-CA functional solution design and delivery.

Responsibilities

Own the FI-CA workstream, including scope, processes, solution decisions, plans, quality, risks, and outcomes from requirements through deployment.
Define functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, collections, dunning, refunds, deposits, write-offs, and financial controls.
Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, workshops, and reviews to translate requirements into FI-CA designs.
Drive integration across SAP IS-U Billing, Customer Service, Retail Choice, banks and payment providers, tax solutions, and FI/CO GL.
Establish FI-CA controls, posting, and reconciliation processes for auditability and compliance.
Oversee end-to-end testing and defect resolution for payments, postings, period close, reconciliation, and high-volume FI-CA processing.
