Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery. You will own the FI-CA workstream, align receivables and payments with business policies, and drive solution quality across Finance, Revenue Ops and Client teams.

You will lead functional consultants, coordinate with IS-U Billing, Banking and GL, and ensure testing, cutover, and operational readiness. Travel is 40–60% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4–6 years in SAP IS-U or Utilities with FI-CA focus.
• Proven lead experience in functional workstreams or teams.
• Experience owning FI-CA solution design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream end-to-end from blueprint to go-live.
• Define functional designs for receivables, payments, and controls.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and govern design governance.
• Ensure integration with Billing, CS, Banking, and GL systems.
• Oversee testing, cutover, and post-go-live stability.
