Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of FI-CA solutions within the IS-U ecosystem, aligning receivables and payment operations with policy and accounting requirements. You will oversee the FI-CA workstream, drive solution quality, and ensure operational readiness.

You will lead functional consultants, coordinate with Finance, Revenue Operations, and IT teams, and manage risks, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with substantial FI-CA focus.
• 3+ years leading a functional workstream or team.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U FI-CA design and delivery through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Experience guiding FI-CA across payments, receivables, clearing, collections, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own the FI-CA workstream from requirements through deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, collections, dunning, refunds, deposits, and related controls.
• Lead workshops and design reviews translating business requirements into FI-CA solutions.
• Coordinate integration across SAP IS-U Billing, Customer Service, banking, payment providers, and GL.
