Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of FI-CA solutions within the IS-U suite. You will own the FI-CA workstream, define functional approaches, and ensure alignment with business policies and accounting requirements across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with 3+ years leading a functional workstream.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U FI-CA functional solution design and delivery.
• Experience delivering FI-CA solutions across payments, receivables, clearing, collections, dunning, refunds, deposits, write-offs, and reconciliation.
• Experience leading workshops, design governance, testing, cutover, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream from requirements through deployment and stabilization.
• Define and govern functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, and related controls.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, and design reviews.
• Drive integration design across SAP IS-U Billing, Customer Service, banking, and FI/CO GL.
• Establish FI-CA financial controls and posting/reconciliation processes.
• Manage cross-workstream dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee functional specs, documentation, configuration standards, and design decisions.
• Coach FI-CA functional consultants and coordinate partners.
• Oversee end-to-end testing and defect resolution for FI-CA processing.
