Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery within the IS-U space. You will own the FI-CA workstream and align receivables, payments, and controls with business policies, driving integration with SAP IS-U modules and banking providers.

You will lead functional teams, collaborate with Finance and Revenue Operations, oversee testing, cutover, and go-live readiness, and travel 40–60% as client needs require.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including substantial FI-CA expertise, with 3+ years leading a functional workstream.
• Proven experience owning SAP IS-U FI-CA functional solution design and delivery through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Experience delivering FI-CA solutions across payments, receivables, clearing, collections, dunning, refunds, deposits, write-offs, financial integration, and reconciliation.
• Experience leading Finance and business workshops, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and design governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U FI-CA workstream scope, target processes, solution decisions, and deployment planning.
• Define and govern functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, collections, and related controls.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, and design reviews to translate business requirements into FI-CA solutions.
• Drive integration and reconciliation design across SAP IS-U Billing, Customer Service, and SAP FI/CO.
