Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Manager to lead end-to-end FI-CA design and delivery for utility clients. You will own the FI-CA workstream, align receivables and payments with policy and accounting requirements, and drive solution quality with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Care teams.

You will mentor FI-CA consultants, manage cross-workstream dependencies, and ensure readiness from design through deployment and stabilization. Travel is anticipated for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically, 4–6 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with FI-CA.
• 3+ years leading a functional workstream or team.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U FI-CA functional solution design and delivery.
• Experience across payments, receivables, clearing, reconciliation, and FI-CA integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the FI-CA workstream from requirements through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Define functional design for receivables, payments, clearing, and dunning.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, and design reviews with Finance and Operations.
• Drive integration design with IS-U Billing, Customer Service, and SAP FI/CO.
• Coach FI-CA consultants and manage cross-workstream dependencies.
• Oversee end-to-end testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
