Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams within complex utility transformation programs. You will provide functional and delivery leadership from migration strategy through production cutover and stabilization.

Responsibilities include owning data-conversion strategy, defining waves, leading source-system assessments, and coordinating cross-functional teams across meter-to-cash workstreams. Travel 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Typically 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with 3+ years leading a workstream.
Proven ownership of functional solution design and delivery through implementation and stabilization.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing dependencies and risks.
Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder-management skills.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Own data-conversion strategy, scope, governance, delivery plans, and readiness.
Define conversion waves, object sequencing, ownership, and acceptance criteria.
Lead source-system assessments and data-quality planning with owners.
Set the functional/technical approach for mapping, transformation, tooling, and loads.
Coordinate SAP functional leads, ETL, data stewards, and cutover leadership.
Governing mock loads, defects, metrics, and sign-off.
Own cutover readiness, load sequencing, contingency planning, and post-load validation.
Manage team capacity, risks, scope, estimates, and audit-ready evidence.
