EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams within complex utility transformation programs. You will provide functional and delivery leadership from migration strategy through production cutover and stabilization.

You will own data-conversion strategy, waves, and acceptance criteria, while coordinating across meter-to-cash teams and ETL partners. Travel up to 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with 3+ years leading a workstream or team.
• Proven ownership of functional solution design and delivery through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing dependencies and risks.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to balance business outcomes, solution quality, delivery constraints, and operational readiness.
• Proven ownership of migration strategy, governance, reconciliation, cutover readiness, and business sign-off for a complex SAP program.
• Experience coordinating utility data owners, SAP functional teams, ETL and tooling teams, and program cutover leadership.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsabilités

• Own data-conversion strategy, scope, governance, and readiness for SAP IS-U programs or releases.
• Define conversion waves, object sequencing, ownership, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead source-system assessments and data-quality planning with business owners.
• Set the functional and technical approach for mapping, transformation, tooling, staging, and loads.
• Coordinate SAP functional leads, source-system teams, ETL developers, data stewards, and cutover leadership.
• Governing mock loads, defect priorities, conversion metrics, and sign-off.
• Own cutover readiness, load sequencing, contingency planning, and post-load validation.
• Manage team capacity, risks, scope, estimates, and executive decisions.
