Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams within complex utility transformation programs. You will provide functional and delivery leadership from migration strategy through production cutover and stabilization.

Work across meter-to-cash processes with data owners, ETL teams, and cutover leadership. Travel 40–60% as required for client engagements. EY offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package and a path for career growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Typically 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with 3+ years leading a workstream.
Proven ownership of functional solution design through implementation and stabilization.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing dependencies and risks.
Strong leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to balance business outcomes, quality, delivery constraints, and readiness.
Proven ownership of migration strategy, governance, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
Experience coordinating utility data owners, SAP functional teams, ETL and tooling teams.

Responsibilities

Own data-conversion strategy, scope, governance, and readiness for SAP IS-U programs.
Define conversion waves, sequencing, ownership, and acceptance criteria.
Lead source-system assessments, data-quality planning, and remediation ownership.
Set the approach for mapping, transformation, tooling, staging, and loads.
Coordinate SAP functional leads, ETL, data stewards, and cutover leadership.
Governing mock loads, defects, metrics, and sign-off for conversions.
Own cutover readiness, load sequencing, contingency planning, and production execution.
Manage team capacity, risks, scope, estimates, and executive decisions.
