Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams within complex utility transformation programs. You will provide functional and delivery leadership from migration strategy through production cutover and stabilization.

Responsibilities include governing conversion strategy, waves, owner ship, reconciliation, and sign-off, while coordinating cross-functional teams across meter-to-cash workstreams. Travel 40–60% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with 3+ years leading a workstream or team.
• Experience delivering functional solutions through design, deployment, and stabilization.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage dependencies and risks.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Travel willingness: 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Own data-conversion strategy, scope, governance, and readiness for SAP IS-U programs or releases.
• Define conversion waves, object sequencing, ownership, reconciliation controls, and gates.
• Lead source-system assessments and data-quality planning with business owners.
• Set functional/technical approach for mapping, transformation, and loads.
• Coordinate SAP functional leads, ETL teams, data stewards, and cutover leadership.
• Govern mock loads, defect priorities, and sign-off processes.
• Own cutover readiness, load sequencing, contingency planning, and post-load validation.
• Manage team capacity, risks, and executive decisions; ensure audit-ready evidence.
