Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams within complex utility transformation programs. You’ll provide functional and delivery leadership from migration strategy through production cutover and stabilization.

You will own data-conversion strategy, define waves and acceptance criteria, and coordinate across meter-to-cash teams. Travel 40-60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• 3+ years leading a workstream or team.
• Proven ownership of functional solution design and delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing risks.
• Strong leadership, planning and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate requirements into conversion rules and acceptance criteria.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Own data-conversion strategy, scope and governance for SAP IS-U programs.
• Define conversion waves, object sequencing and acceptance criteria.
• Lead source-system assessments and data-quality planning.
• Set functional and technical approach for mapping, transformation and loads.
• Coordinate SAP functional leads, ETL, data stewards, and cutover teams.
• Govern mock loads, defects, reconciliation, and sign-off.
• Own cutover readiness, load sequencing and production execution.
