Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP IS-U data-conversion workstreams within complex utility transformation programs. You will provide functional and delivery leadership from migration strategy through production cutover and stabilization.

The role requires ownership of data-conversion strategy, mapping, transformation, and cutover controls, while coordinating diverse teams and ensuring audit-ready evidence. Travel 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• 4–6 years in SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities with lead experience.
• Ownership of functional solution design and delivery through deployment and stabilization.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing risks.
• Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Own data-conversion strategy, scope, governance, and readiness.
• Define conversion waves, sequencing, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead source-system assessments and data-quality planning.
• Set the approach for mapping, transformation, and loads.
• Coordinate SAP leads, ETL teams, data stewards, and cutover leadership.
• Govern mock loads, defects, metrics, reconciliation, and sign-off.
• Own cutover readiness, load sequencing, and post-load validation.
• Manage team capacity, risks, and executive decisions.
