Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with 3+ years leading a workstream.
• Proven ownership of functional solution design and delivery through implementation and stabilization.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing dependencies and risks.
• Strong leadership, planning and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to balance business outcomes, solution quality, and operational readiness.
• Travel willingness: 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Own data-conversion strategy, scope, governance, and readiness for SAP IS-U programs.
• Define conversion waves, object sequencing, ownership, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead source-system assessments and data-quality planning with business owners.
• Set the approach for mapping, transformation, tooling, loads, and mock-conversions.
• Coordinate SAP functional leads, ETL, data stewards, and cutover leadership.
• Govern mock loads, defect priorities, control totals, and sign-offs.
• Own cutover readiness, load sequencing, contingency planning, and post-load validation.
• Manage team capacity, risks, scope, estimates, and knowledge transfer.
