Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U Billing Functional Manager in the United States to own the Billing workstream from design through deployment. Translate rate, tariff, regulatory, and business requirements into scalable SAP IS-U solutions while leading functional teams and coordinating with business, technical, and program stakeholders.

This role requires 4–6 years SAP IS-U experience, 3+ years leading a team, and extensive IS-U Billing/EDM/FI-CA expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• 3+ years leading a functional workstream or team.
• Experience owning SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing workstream from design through deployment and stabilization.
• Define target functional design for Billing, including rate structures and billing schemas.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, and design governance.
• Drive end-to-end integration with related SAP IS-U capabilities (EDM, FI-CA, Bill print).
• Lead complex billing scenarios, time-of-use and interval-based billing, and reconciliation.
• Coach team members, review deliverables, and ensure cross-workstream alignment.
