Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Billing Functional Manager to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions for utility clients in the United States. You will own the Billing workstream, translate regulatory and market requirements into scalable SAP IS-U designs, and drive delivery from design through stabilization while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• 3+ years leading a functional workstream or team.
• Experience with time-of-use and interval-based billing.
• Experience integrating Billing with EDM and SAP IS-U capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing workstream from design through deployment and stabilization.
• Define target functional design for billing, tariffs, schemas and processing.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, workshops and design governance.
• Drive end-to-end integration across Billing and SAP IS-U components.
• Lead design and delivery of complex billing scenarios and reconciliation.
• Develop functional specs, documentation and design standards.
• Coach and review functional team members and resolve cross-workstream issues.
• Oversee testing and defect resolution for rates, cycles and invoicing.
• Manage scope, estimates, risks and stakeholder decisions; plan cutover.
• Build client relationships and provide functional guidance on SAP IS-U Billing.
