Job summary

Accenture is hiring for a Utilities Consultant role in the US. You will lead strategic engagements in energy retail, digital transformation, and customer service improvement. You will interact with senior executives, drive operational efficiencies, and help shape client value through advisory services.

The position requires 3+ years in utilities or customer service project delivery, SAP experience, and a degree. Travel is possible; multiple US cities are considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Utility Industry or Customer Service project delivery/Customer Transformation delivery.
• Experience with SAP and Meter to Cash processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if an associate degree, 6+ years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service focusing on digital transformation and operational efficiencies.
• Serve as primary client contact for senior executives, building trusted advisory relationships.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve client performance and drive revenue growth.
• Manage project teams, guiding junior members and ensuring delivery meets quality and timeline goals.
• Lead business development by identifying opportunities, crafting proposals, and representing the Utilities practice in sales pursuits.
