The role requires 5+ years in utilities and customer transformation, 3+ years with SAP, and a strong Meter to Cash background.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Utility Industry and Customer Transformation project delivery.
Minimum 3 years of functional experience with SAP.
Expertise in Meter to Cash operations, functions, and technologies.
Experience in major Customer Transformation and technology implementations (e.g., CIS replacements).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). If an Associate’s Degree is held, minimum 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service with a focus on digital transformation.
Serve as primary client contact for senior executives, aligning with client objectives.
Develop and execute strategies to improve client performance and drive growth.
