Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Utilities Consultant to lead strategic engagements in energy retail, focusing on digital transformation and customer experience improvement. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping programs that enhance performance and drive growth.

The role requires deep utility industry expertise, SAP experience, and proven ability to manage complex transformation initiatives. Travel up to 100% may be necessary to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Utility Industry or equivalent.
• 3+ years of functional experience with SAP.
• Expertise in Meter to Cash operations and related technologies.
• Experience in major Customer Transformation and technology implementations (e.g., CIS replacements).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service, focusing on digital transformation and operational efficiencies.
• Serve as primary client contact for senior executives, building trusted advisory relationships and aligning with business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve client performance, drive revenue growth, and support transformation initiatives.
• Manage project teams, guiding junior members and ensuring delivery on time and budget.
• Lead business development by identifying opportunities, crafting proposals, and representing Accenture’s Utilities practice in sales pursuits.
• Contribute to thought leadership and stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Travel may be required (25%–100%).
