Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior utilities consultant to lead energy retail and customer service transformations for US clients. You will drive digital modernization, leverage SAP expertise, and collaborate with senior leaders to improve performance and customer outcomes.

Travel may be required (25%–100%). You will mentor teams, develop new proposals, and help grow the Utilities practice within Accenture's global network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Utility Industry and customer transformation delivery.
• Minimum 2 years of functional SAP experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bonus points if you have advisory or consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service.
• Serve as primary client contact for senior executives, building trusted advisory relationships.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve client performance and revenue growth.
• Manage project teams, guiding junior members and ensuring delivery meets quality, timeline and budget.
• Lead business development activities by identifying opportunities and writing proposals.
• Mentor team members and stay current on industry trends.
