Accenture is seeking a senior consultant in the Utilities practice to drive digital transformation for energy retail and customer service engagements in New York. You will interact with senior client leaders, design business cases, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable improvements at pace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Utility/Customer Transformation delivery.
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP functional experience.
• Expertise in Meter to Cash operations and related technologies.
• Experience with major customer transformation implementations (CIS).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagements in energy retail and customer service.
• Serve as primary client contact for senior executives.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve client performance and growth.
• Manage project teams and ensure delivery quality, timeline and budget.
• Lead business development and represent Accenture’s Utilities practice.
• Contribute to thought leadership on industry trends and regulations.
• Mentor team members and support travel requirements (25–100%).
