Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Consultant in its Utilities Practice to lead strategic engagements in energy retail, digital transformation, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

You will serve as a primary client contact for senior executives, build trusted advisory relationships, and guide project teams to deliver value on time and within budget. The role requires 3+ years in utilities, SAP experience, and willingness to travel 25%–100% across major US cities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the Utility Industry or Customer Service project delivery.
• At least 2 years of functional SAP experience.
• Expertise in Meter-to-Cash operations and related technologies.
• Experience with large Customer Transformation projects and CIS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service to improve digital transformation and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary client contact for senior executives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop strategies to improve client performance, drive revenue growth, and support transformation initiatives.
• Manage project teams, mentor junior members, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead business development by identifying opportunities, crafting proposals, and representing the practice in pursuits.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technology advancements in energy retail.
• Foster team development and high-performance collaboration; travel as needed.
