Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Order Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments in a multiclient facility. You will coordinate with Operations and Client Services, perform data entry in SAP/TFS, and ensure accurate daily reports.

The role emphasizes timely communication with customers and team members, adherence to ISO-9001 standards, and meticulous warehouse administration to support service level agreements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the movement of material in and out of warehouse upon direction of Operations & Client SLAs.
• Performs routine data input related to warehouse inbound and outbound moves.
• Must enter all pertinent information into systems of record: SAP/TFS (Think fulfillment System).
• Identifies any shortages, overages, etc.
• Completes daily operations reports.
• Fast, efficient, and accurate warehouse administrative work required.
• Communication with customers, warehouse associates, drivers and leadership.
• Follows all workplace processes and standards in support of the ISO-9001 Quality certification.
