Arvato is seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk to support outbound orders, prepare paperwork (BOLS, delivery manifests, yard management documents), and ensure accurate data entry in the warehouse management system.

You will coordinate with carriers and the supervisor, work with service delivery and Trade teams, and occasional on-floor duties with warehouse equipment. Certification is required to operate equipment, and the role demands clear English communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Excel - intermediate experience.
• Experience in warehousing and shipping operations with equipment like forklifts, order pickers, and pallet runners.
• Experience with transportation, freight carriers, dispatching, or transportation coordination is a plus.
• Must read/write/communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Prepare outbound orders and paperwork (BOLS, delivery manifests, yard management documents).
• Communicate with delivery carriers and collaborate with the supervisor/lead and service delivery and Trade teams.
• Data entry into a warehouse management system and filing documents/forms.
• Occasionally work on the warehouse floor with equipment operators.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely if certified by Arvato.
