Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Order Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments in a multi-client warehouse environment. You will coordinate operations with client services, enter data into SAP/TFS, and ensure timely, accurate records.

You will communicate with customers, drivers, and leadership, while maintaining ISO-9001 processes and delivering consistent logistics support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates inbound/outbound shipments based on customer demands and priorities.

• Identify shortages or overages and report variances.
• Complete daily operations reports.
• Perform fast, accurate warehouse administrative tasks.
• Communicate with customers, warehouse staff, drivers, and leadership to maintain service levels.

Job Description

The Order Coordinator coordinates inbound/outbound shipments based on customer demands and priorities. Position requires experience in a multiclient facility Coordinating between Operations and Client Services.

YOUR TASKS

• Coordinates the movement of material in and out of warehouse upon direction of Operations & Client SLAs
• Performs routine data input related to warehouse inbound and outbound moves.
• Must enter all pertinent information into systems of record: SAP/TFS (Think fulfillment System)
• Identifies any shortages, overages, etc.
• Completes daily operations reports.
• Fast, efficient, and accurate warehouse administrative work required.
• Communication with customers, warehouse associates, drivers and leadership
• Follows all workplace processes and standards in support of the ISO-9001 Quality certification.
