Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk to support fast-paced warehouse operations in Kentucky. You will prepare outbound orders, paperwork like manifests and yard documents, and coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and at least 2 years of SAP or WMS experience, plus experience with forklifts and order picking equipment. Proficiency in English and Outlook is required; shifts are on B shift, 6:00 am to 6:30 pm

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
Previous experience in operations of Warehousing and Shipping, and use of equipment such as forklifts, order pickers and pallet runners.
Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

Prepare outbound orders and necessary paperwork (BOLs, delivery manifests, yard management documents).
Communicate with delivery carriers and coordinate with supervisor/lead and service delivery and Trade teams.
Data entry into a warehouse management system and filing documents/forms.
