Job summary

Arvato is hiring a Team Lead to assist Supervisors in the daily operations of the Department. You will oversee operations in partnership with your supervisor, monitor and assign daily work to warehouse associates, track transactions created by personnel, and supervise area operations.

You will coordinate with Control Tower, Inventory Control, Transportation, Inbound, Pick/Pack, Shipping, and Service Delivery to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

• At least two years of leadership experience in a warehouse/distribution center.
• Proficient in Excel; able to create worksheets and review data.
• Experience with SAP systems for inventory and transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and 7s operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert in RF, Conveyor, and SAP systems.
• Coordinate with ops teams to meet daily performance targets.
• Monitor activity and flag risks to Supervisors.
• Prepare recovery plans for at-risk targets with Supervision.
• Communicate exceptions to the Account Team and follow up.
• Identify improvements with the local team and report daily efficiency.
